Darlene Hight lives with her husband in Hamilton, Ohio where she serves her local church as drama coordinator. Darlenes’ involvement in drama ministry began 10 years ago in Reading, Pa. while attending Calvary Baptist Church. She has served as drama coordinator for Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Bradford, PA, Christian Fellowship Church, Columbus, OH and currently at Crossway Community Church in Harrison, OH.

While living in Columbus, Ohio, Darlene briefly performed in Community Theater. She enjoyed her roles in ‘Legend of Sleepy Hollow’ and ‘Equal Chances’ and met wonderful people during her short adventure however, decided to focus her talents to the furthering of the Gospel and serving the local church. The limelight burns a little dimmer there but the pay is eternal.

Darlene has written and performed many ‘slice of life illustrations’ and children’s pageants within her role as drama coordinator. She has also served the church in other capacities including Vacation Bible School Co Director,Women’s Bible Study Leader, Women’s’ Board
