Francine P. Biere was born and raised in what used to be the small town of Laurel, Maryland. Life became too fast and too crowded and she moved to Sierra Vista, Arizona, where she and her husband, Chuck, reside.
She's been writing all her life and was an award winning journalist, editor, and photojournalist for a worldwide feature newspaper. After recovering from a stroke, she transitioned into freelance journalism and has had articles and photographs published in regional newspapers and Christian magazines in southeastern Arizona and Europe.
