The Waiting Is Almost Over

"Hang on, just a few more minutes, we're almost there."
"I can hardly stand by any longer and watch,
* The poor trampled underfoot
* Wickedness and corruption in high places
* Truth trampled into the ground by the very people sworn to uphold it
* Nations being destroyed in what they call ethnic cleansing
* Many growing cold
* Some shepherds with more concern for themselves than for the sheep.
I need to go, I can't wait much longer; many of them are weary and ready to give up."
"Just a few more minutes then you can go, meanwhile just keep waiting and interceding for them. My grace is able to keep them. Be ready though, for there will be no warning, when I give the word, the waiting is over. As we have discussed you will be the one to go down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with my summoning trumpet call. Those who have died will rise from their graves and will meet you in the clouds. They will be joined by those still living, then forever we shall all share glorious fellowship together, forever. (1 Thess. 4 v 16 /17 paraphrased) The waiting will be over."
"Father I just cannot wait to present them to you. There are some who have crossed oceans and entered the devils domain, to bring life and light to those lost in darkness. Some have died for their faith; some have just kept the faith. There are some who have never been recognized for anything on earth, but just wait until their bottle of tears is opened! Many have been faithful in the place where they have lived as a living testimony to your saving grace."
"Yes we are almost ready to sit down at that great supper which I have prepared for you. The time has almost come when every knee will bow before you and acknowledge that you are Lord to my glory. Then you will forget your anguish, the cross with all its shame, when you the holy one became sin for the whole world."
"Yes father but before that time there is one more task to be done which will not be easy."
"Yes my son but it must be done. No trace of sin can enter this new heaven and new earth. Not one trace. If that were to be, salvation would have to be purchased all over again. That is why there is to be a Great White Throne, that is why there must be a separating of those who have been cleansed from sin and those who still have sin alive in them."
"Let's not talk of that right now father God, I will judge right when the time comes, not one who has trusted in me shall in any wise perish. From the smallest child to the oldest person, all those you have given me I will present to you, faultless, without stain, washed clean in the blood that I shed. Is this waiting almost over? I want them to be with me where I am."
"The moments are ticking away, the waiting is almost over, Jesus get ready to shout."
